The Company
Created in 2009, A.T.A. Monaco Mobilités has for objective to work in the social domain, and give assistance to the people with reduced mobility in their daily commuting.
The staff consists of six drivers who cross the Principality of Monaco, and the neighbour cities, 7 days a week, for the comfort and the satisfaction of our elders. A secretary is available, from Monday to Saturday, and proposes a very wide range of intervention and reservation on simple phone call.
We adapt our services to each person’s need, from school transportation to downtown errands, including professional trips and hobbies. These services are provided by a highly qualified staff driving very comfortable vehicles, functional, and specially equipped with an approved system for access and anchoring of wheelchairs.
Our structure
From our office, located at the Patio Palace, 41 avenue Hector Otto, in Monaco, our secretary is in charge of the telephone switchboard ; she plans carefully the drivers schedule ; takes care of last minute events, and pays attention to elderly people, often in situation of solitude, in order to provide satisfaction to most diversified requests
Outside office hours, a permanent telephone availability is provided 7 days a week. In permanent contact with the drivers, all equipped with a mobile phone supplied by the Company, our secretary is able to react immediately, and organize, if necessary, an unforeseen transfer, as far as the schedule allows it ; naturally.
